Dr. Rehan Khan joined Gastroenterology Health Partners Louisville. He earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan. In 2001 he immigrated to USA and worked at University of Louisville for NIH Sponsored Research for Liver Diseases. In 2004, he went to Lankenau Hospital. He returned in 2007 and completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship training at University of Louisville.

Prior to moving to Louisville, KY, Dr. Khan served at Veteran Hospital in Detroit Michigan. Also, for one year, he went to Saudi Arabia as Head of Medicine and Consultant Gastroenterologist. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is an active member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and American Gastroenterology Association (AGA). Advanced Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (AIBD).

He sees all types of patients with GI problems, especially chronic diarrhea, IBD, Celiac Disease, Colitis, Eosinophilic Esophagitis, Acute and chronic liver diseases and pre-transplant evaluation, Chronic Liver Diseases, Acute Diagnostic and Therapeutic Endoscopy and Routine Screening and Surveillance EGD and Colonoscopy.

He is married and the proud father of three children. He is also a cat lover.
